Meet Ryan Baker
The owner, Ryan Baker, has been married since 2002 and is the father of five children. He has a strong love of the outdoors and a passion for canyoneering, and loves to bring his family along on his many adventures through the canyons.
Experience
After nearly 30 years in the construction industry as a general contractor, Ryan worked for three years for a business focused on high-end finish carpentry for multi-million dollar homes. This experience helped him discover a passion for finish carpentry, and in 2021 he created Accent Carpentry.

Service
For over 20 years, Ryan has served in the Utah National Guard. He has experience in leadership and management, and trains other soldiers in leadership skills as they progress through their military careers. His military background allows him to bring a high level of professionalism to all of his projects.

Ryan enjoys solving complex challenges and views new projects as opportunities to expand his knowledge and increase his expertise in the field of finish carpentry. He brings that knowledge, experience, professionalism, and expertise to every project, and holds consistently high expectations for himself and his company.
